For best reproduction, please submit all material as PDF/X1-a compliant PDF document. Other acceptable file formats include: Adobe PDF, Adobe Illustrator, Abode Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Quark Xpress, JPEG, or TIFF. |
colour |
For spot colour, please use Pantone colours. Be sure that submitted material contains the proper spot colour information. Please label the spot colour used and provide a printed colour proof. For process colour, please submit CMYK material in an accepted format, accompanied by a colour proof. |
production notes |
For best reproduction quality, all raster images submitted should have resolution of at least 300 dots per inch to be printed at a linescreen of 85 lines per inch. To ensure proper typeface reproduction, please convert all type to outlines or include all relavant fonts in OS X compatible format. For InDesign and Quark Xpress documents be sure to include all fonts and supporting files Whenever possible, please fax a black and white proof copy of all material to (416) 966-3699.

film specs |
Although digital material is preferred, clients wishing to submit film can do so. Be sure to submit one set of negative, right-reading, colour separated film, emulsion side down to be printed at 85 lines per inch. Separations must be accompanied by a colour proof for each insertion. |
delivery |
Material can be submitted by email, FTP, or hard-copy courier. Material submitted by email should be sent to ads@campusplus.com and copied to the proper sales contact. FTP Material can also be uploaded to ftp.campusplus.com.
